As .intent, we have over 15+ years of experience helping conceptualize, design, and build apps for IoT and connected devices. We are a software house from Warsaw that acts as a specialized think partner for products at the intersection of physical and digital – from net-new to products looking to enter a competitive and established niche. Some of our clients include Oura, BOSE, and McIntosh audio systems.

Our offer:

💰 Salary: 17–23K PLN or 4,5-6k USD net on B2B + up to 26 paid holidays.

🏢 Work conditions:

  • Work fully remotely or from our pet-friendly office in the center of Warsaw – you choose.

  • Flexible working hours – with a mix of Polish and U.S. time zones (most work happens during CET).

  • You’ll work with U.S.-based clients while staying in sync with your Polish-based team.

  • All necessary equipment provided.

  • You’ll get a dedicated buddy to help you smoothly onboard, feel at home, and grow your skills.

🏝️ Perks and benefits:

  • Up to 26 days of paid holidays and 10 days of sick leave (on B2B).

  • Private medical care (Saltus) for candidates working from Poland.

  • Self-development budget (2,000 PLN/ 500 USD a year).

  • Internal knowledge-sharing initiatives (tech talks, team sessions, library, and conference budgets).

What you'll do:

  • Act as the single point of contact for our U.S. clients – a great communicator, diplomat, and negotiator.

  • Manage web and mobile projects from end to end – from discovery and scoping to launch and beyond.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and other PMs to bring product ideas to life.

  • Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, plan sprints, manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.

  • Co-create the product vision with clients – consult on features, MVP strategies, and the best way to deliver value to users.

  • Lead project staffing and resource planning in collaboration with other departments.

  • Constantly look for ways to improve how we work – both inside your team and company-wide.

Tools you’ll use:

  • Primetric for project scheduling and planning.

  • Jira, Confluence for task and knowledge management.

  • Slack, Zoom, GSuite for communication and collaboration.

First 3 months at intent:

We’re all about mutual fit – we want to make sure this role feels like the right home for you.

  • During your first week, you’ll meet your team, your buddy, and get to know our values and workflows.

  • You’ll start with real tasks while being guided and supported by your team and leadership.

  • Every month, you’ll have a check-in with HR to share feedback and hear how you're doing.

  • After the second month, we’ll evaluate how things are going and discuss next steps.

  • After three months, if all feels great on both sides – you’ll officially become a fully-fledged member of the intent crew 🚀
