Job description

A few words about us

We're a product design & development studio working at the intersection of physical and digital. Think wearables, connected devices, apps, and platforms. We work with global clients like Oura, BOSE, and Neurable.

We're not a staff augmentation or body leasing agency. We build full teams and deliver products end-to-end – shoulder to shoulder with our clients. But sometimes, projects scale fast, or teams shift, and we need to bring in high-quality freelancers to strengthen our delivery.

Why we’re hiring

Our current recruiter is looking to grow in a different setup, and we’re now looking for someone to take over the recruitment area at intent. You’ll work together for a smooth handover and take full ownership going forward with the autonomy to improve the process and, hopefully, expand the team over time.

What recruitment looks like at intent

We recruit mostly freelance talent – top developers, designers, PMs and QAs and plug them into global projects that move fast and break often.

Our pipeline is always alive. We rarely hire “for headcount” – we hire when a project is signed. That means we often:

  • screen for roles that might start next week or never (some projects don’t get signed or get postponed)

  • engage candidates before client contracts are fully signed to be ready to kick off any time,

  • get final client approval at the last moment and need to be ready to move fast with candidate onboarding.

This requires flexibility, focus, and the ability to stay organized under pressure. We don’t expect overtime but we value people who stay calm, know how to prioritize, and can navigate shifting situations with clarity.

If you’re someone who likes clear, predictable structures - this may not be the right place. If you enjoy solving problems in motion, you’ll feel at home here.

What you’ll do

  • own and run our recruitment efforts end-to-end,

  • improve and adapt the process to fit the reality we work in,

  • source proactively (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Boolean, AI tools – whatever works),

  • select candidates effectively not just by skills, but by red flags and context fit,

  • build or improve our tools and decision-making to spot risk before someone burns out a team or a client,

  • collaborate directly with hiring managers, C-level and PMs,

  • prioritize roles and manage expectations across stakeholders,

  • share insights and improve how we communicate project status to candidates,

  • (in the long run) help grow and lead a recruitment team.

What we offer

  • a full-time, internal role with 10–16k PLN net (B2B) + benefits, paid time off, and sick leave,

  • autonomy and a real partnership with the Head of People and the company,

  • a seat at the table in strategic discussions, not just tactical execution,

  • access to sourcing and AI tools and a budget to expand your stack if needed,

  • no corporate fluff – just meaningful work and real challenges.

Want to apply?

Send us your CV and answer the questions about your experience and working style – no fluff, we value clarity and specifics. Your answers will help us decide whether to invite you for a first conversation with Lidia (our current recruiter), followed by a final meeting with Weronika (Head of People).

Job requirements

  • 4+ years in tech recruitment – ideally with software houses, digital agencies, or similar,

  • someone who understands what project-based hiring means and doesn’t get demotivated by change,

  • strong sourcing and selecting skills as we want to spot red flags early, not deal with mismatches once the project is already running,

  • someone who can speak the language of engineers and ask the right questions to assess fit, not just skills,

  • a critical mind, not a copy-paste approach,

  • fluent English.
