We are looking for a passionate, positive-thinking team player, zealous to work on physical and digital projects from around the earth as a UX Designer & Researcher.


As a UX Designer & Researcher at intent you will:

Work with international clients to build a world-class user experience for innovative products (a good UX and design really is one of our main focuses)

Work with both startups and well-established companies on different IT projects including IoT, med-tech, and more

Closely collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders

Gather business requirements and conduct workshops

Plan and estimate new projects

Plan and conduct user research and analyze insights

Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Plan and execute usability testing sessions

Prepare UX Audits

Requirements


We expect:

3+ years of commercial experience in UX design and research

Ability to closely collaborate with developers and designers, and work in a fast-changing, agile environment

Experience in various research methods

Ability to collect and interpret data from analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar

Practical knowledge of (any) prototyping tools (we use Figma)

Ability to show your portfolio which shows how you approach and identify problems

Proactiveness with a strong activity towards continuous development and improvement of your skills

Fluency in written and spoken English (we work with international clients)

An ability to think about the big picture and innovations

Experience in various workshop methods

Ability to plan the end-to-end design process (in cooperation with UI team)
